Alpine Adventures, located in the beautiful White Mountains of NH, near the award-winning Whale’s Tale Waterpark, opened the first, longest, highest and fastest Zipline Canopy Tour in New England in 2006 and continues to lead the way in the outdoor adventure industry.

Begin your descent from 40′ up in a pine tree inside Treewalk Village, with spectacular views of the western Whites. Ride the dual ziplines, racing your friends. SkyRider includes 5 ziplines, 2 racing ziplines, and 5 suspended bridges. The ziplines range from 800′ to 1600′ long and 150′ above the ground. Top off your adventure with “White Knuckle,” a pendulum zipline with speeds up to 50 mph. This tour takes approximately 2 hours.

Fly Above the Treetops

This four-person ZipRider zipline brings riders a huge rush, combining exhilarating feelings of flight with the beautiful surrounding scenery. The ZipRider descends 2,100 feet over trails, treetops and the Peabody River.

The ZipRider adventure begins with a ride up the Snowcat Triple chairlift and a brief, up-hill walk to the zipline start deck. Riders travel on cables suspended at heights up to 70 feet on a 12 percent grade, and reach speeds up to 45 miles per hour to a landing platform located a short distance from our Main Base Lodge.

The ZIPTOUR is a 1 to 2-hour adventure that is GREAT for thrill-seekers and nature lovers alike. You control your speed along the line while enjoying the spectacular views.

The ZipTour Adventure consists of a training zip, plus two zip lines spanning across two mountain peaks.

The Flying Bear Zip is the longest single-span zipline in the contiguous United States. It takes you from the summit of Bear Peak over the valley towards Attitash Mountain. A top speed of 65+ mph is possible while reaching heights of 250′ off the ground as you make your way down the 4,969′ length distance … that’s almost a mile long! ​

There’s more! From there, you’ll fly on the Attitash Aerial Zip, taking you from upper Thad’s Choice to the base of Attitash, another 2,196 feet! With both The Flying Bear and Attitash Aerial Zip spans offering two parallel cable lines, you and a family member or friend can enjoy the adventure side-by-side.

Visit Bretton Woods for a canopy tour and thrilling zipline adventure on the slopes of Bretton Woods! Participants are brought on an adventure that includes a network of platforms high up in the ancient hemlock trees connected by nine ziplines, two sky bridges, and three rappels.

This 3-hour excursion offers both a thrilling experience and an intimate look into the wilds of the White Mountains, with sweeping views of Mount Washington and the Presidential Range. The longest zip is about 830 ft. long and about 165 ft. high off the forest floor. Each tour can accommodate up to eight participants who descend 1000 feet in elevation with two Adventure Guides, from the top of Rosebrook Canyon to the base of Bretton Woods.
